每个城市都有其独特的魅力，城市间的差距随着时间的推移也在不断变小，上海是一个国际化的大都市，家喻户晓，往来无白丁，法zu界依然留有旧时代的痕迹。
Each city has its own unique charm, and the gap between cities is getting smaller as time goes by. Shanghai is an international metropolis, well-known to every household, and there are no white people in the French Concession. The French Concession still has traces of the old times.
这座建筑的真实位置是在上海的乌龙木齐路，也就是当年的法zu界的行政大楼，处处透露着老洋房的气息，设计师将那个时空的产物复刻在这里，用不同的表现形式，激活旧时代的记忆。
The real location of this building is on Wulongmuqi Road in Shanghai, which is the administrative building of the French Concession. form, activating memories of old times.
身为上海的地标性建筑，主要在生活品质和室内所营造出的氛围上下了大功夫。旨在同一个空间内融入旧时代的元素，同时也不失现代化的风格，打造舒适宜居的环境。
As a landmark building in Shanghai, great efforts have been made mainly in the quality of life and the atmosphere created by the interior. The aim is to integrate elements of the old era into the same space, while maintaining a modern style, creating a comfortable and livable environment.
会客厅是原木色点点新绿的碰撞，这样的色彩搭配无疑是还原了大自然中的色彩，在现实世界和自然环境之间做出了美好的融合。不同的材质展现出不同的质感，有种美好的视觉感受。
The living room is a collision of log colors and new greens. Such color matching undoubtedly restores the colors in nature, and makes a beautiful fusion between the real world and the natural environment. Different materials show different textures and have a beautiful visual experience.
餐厅内充斥着大量的木质元素，乳白色的背景之下是带有木质花纹的墙壁和储物柜。厨房电器在储物柜处做内嵌式处理，这样对空间的合理利用能够使得室内设施井井有条。
The restaurant is filled with a lot of wooden elements, and against the creamy white background are the walls and lockers with wooden patterns. The kitchen appliances are embedded in the lockers, so that the rational use of space can make the indoor facilities in good order.
充满艺术气息的旋转形楼梯是老洋房的特色，也是对旧时代设计风格的一种致敬，难免会让居者想起那段岁月。墨绿色的台阶边缘是国风的木质扶手，整体看上去颇有耳目一新的感受，充满了旧时代的奢华气息。
The artistic spiral staircase is a feature of the old house, and it is also a tribute to the design style of the old era, which will inevitably remind the residents of that period. The edge of the dark green steps is a national style wooden handrail. The overall look is quite refreshing and full of the luxury of the old era.
卧室是居者的私人空间，也是最能够放松心神的地方，这里是心灵的归宿，因此设计师在此选用了细腻内敛的暖色调，空间内没有秀丽的装饰，一切都是为了舒适的体验而打造。
The bedroom is the private space of the occupants, and it is also the most relaxing place. This is the home of the soul. Therefore, the designer chose delicate and restrained warm colors here. There is no beautiful decoration in the space. Everything is for a comfortable experience. to build.
休闲区的位于室内的负一层，居者可以在此招待亲朋好友，一起进行娱乐活动，或是坐在这里促膝长谈。精致的小茶桌，让居者独自一人时也能够很好的享受闲暇时光。
The leisure area is located on the negative floor of the interior, where residents can entertain relatives and friends, have entertainment activities together, or sit here for a long conversation. The exquisite small tea table allows residents to enjoy their leisure time when they are alone.
露台的设计是全屋的画龙点睛之笔，院墙和休息区的桌椅都是高级灰的配色，其间增添一些实木元素。在侧边支起遮阳伞，让居者和朋友们可以在室外休憩。
The design of the terrace is the finishing touch of the whole house. The tables and chairs on the courtyard wall and in the lounge area are all in high-grade gray color, with some solid wood elements added. A parasol is set up on the side so that residents and friends can rest outside.
